This Modern farmhouse is set close to Downtown Colorado Springs and offers accommodation with 4 Bedrooms (2King/2Queen beds) and 2 full baths. Last house on a private street. Enjoy the view with a coffee in the morning in our well-equipped kitchen. The property is 1.2 miles from the city center and is an easy walk to downtown. The home is surrounded by cute coffee shops and quaint restaurants. Owners are very responsive, take pride in their home, and are excited to host you.

Please Note ****Our home hosts two amazing vacation rentals***. A small apartment is located just above the garage. This spot is perfect for a couple or single guest. The units do not share a wall and our guests typically don't notice the other visitors. There are separate entrances for each unit and both offer complete privacy. Guests that rent our above the garage rental need to access the rental by walking past the patio door. We hope that this wont be bothersome if you choose to rent from us but we like to list it for full transparency. All bedrooms have room darkening curtains and offer complete privacy. This rental has full access to the driveway.

Our home is very unique and boasts a few layouts. We absolutely love the flexibility and hope you do as well. We rent the main unit in both a 2 bedroom layout and a 4 bedroom layout. So if 4 bedrooms feels like too much space please check out our link for the 2 bedroom layout. Our calendars are linked so there is no risk of accidentally booking a date that wouldn't be available.
